A RESOLUTION CONTINUING PUBLIC HEARINGS TO CONSIDER THE AYDAN COURT ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENT AND SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS (2008-12-08/R-10)

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council continues the public hearings on the Aydan Court Zoning Atlas Amendment and Special Use Permit applications to February 9, 2009.
