Title of Agenda Item: Amber Alley Cost Overruns
Background: The attached staff memorandum includes background information on costs associated with renovations to Amber Alley and a petition submitted to the Town Council requesting consideration of paying costs in excess of the amount originally approved.
Fiscal Note: The cost of renovations exceeded the previously approved amount by $17,950. This amount can be funded with the Streetscape Bond Fund.
Staff Recommendation(s): That the Council consider the attached resolution and petitioner’s request to pay additional expenses incurred in the Amber Alley renovations.
