Subject:                      1609 East Franklin Street - Application for Zoning Atlas Amendment

Meeting Date:            November 4, 2008

Recommendation:     That the Council approve the application for a Zoning Atlas Amendment with the adoption of Resolution A included as an attachment to the November 4, 2008 Zoning Atlas Amendment Staff Report, for the reason that it is consistent with the 1991 East Franklin Street Corridor Study and is necessary to achieve the purposes of the Comprehensive Plan.
