Background: The attached staff memorandum includes information on an application from Coulter Jewell Thames for a Special Use Permit which proposes two buildings including 17,318 square feet of floor area and 61 parking spaces, located on the north side of East Franklin Street between Estes Drive and Elliott Road.
Staff Recommendation(s): That the Council open and conduct a public hearing to consider the proposal, the Manager’s Memorandum, and associated attachments as listed therein.
