Dear Perdita and Craig,

Greetings to you both and Happy New Year to you! 

Just wanted to make you aware of two text amendments coming up for public hearing on 1/26/09.  One proposes that we consistently consider gravel to be “impervious” for the purposes of calculating impervious surface relative to the LUMO’s stormwater management provisions.  The other removes a footnote to the LUMO’s Use Matrix which was inadvertently left in when changes were made over the last decade regarding which zoning districts could accommodate duplex construction.

Please let me know your comments prior to the hearing date, January 26^th.
