A RESOLUTION CONTINUING PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AYDAN COURT SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION (2009-02-09/R-8)

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council opens and recesses the public hearing on the Aydan Court Special Use Permit application to a date to be determined, pending Council approval of the associated Zoning Atlas Amendment application.
