Title of Agenda Item: Possible Alternatives for Library Project
Background: The attached staff memorandum includes information for the Council’s consideration related to possible alternatives to the Library Expansion project.
Fiscal Note: Depending upon alternative options selected, the resulting changes could include reductions in debt service and/or operating costs for new Library facilities.
Staff Recommendation(s): That the Council receive the attached staff report and provide guidance to the staff as desired.
