A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PARKING RECOMMENDATIONS (2009-02-23/R-14)

WHEREAS, Town Council realizes the importance of Parking on the overall health of downtown; and

WHEREAS, Town Council desires to see Parking managed for the good of economic development in downtown; and

WHEREAS, Town Council realizes the importance of being able to understand the Parking regulations in order to encourage citizens and visitors to utilize downtown for shopping and dining;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill adopts the parking recommendations as presented and directs the Town Manager oversee their implementation.
