AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE TOWN CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING PARKING METERED ZONES (2009-02-23/O-2)

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill as follows:

Section 1.  Section 21-29 of the Town Code “Parking meter zones” is hereby amended by adding the following:

“(16)    West Franklin Street, south side:

Two-hour parking from Mallette Street to Columbia Street except existing no parking areas”

Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective March 16, 2009.
