Title of Agenda Item: Small Art Business Loan Program
Background: The attached staff memorandum includes information and recommendations for a Small Art Business Loan Program for downtown Chapel Hill.
Fiscal Note: The Small Art Business Loan Program would be funded from a $20,000 contribution from the Downtown Partnership and a $20,000 appropriation of fund balance from the Downtown Service District Fund.
Staff Recommendation(s): That the Council adopt the resolution and enact the budget ordinance.
