A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF FUNDS FROM THE KUITZ ACCOUNT FOR FY 2008-2009 (2009-02-23/R-7)

WHEREAS, there are private funds available to assist the Police Department in training officers; and

WHEREAS, the private funds are available in the amount of $4500; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council authorizes the Manager to appropriate the funds for FY 2008-2009 and to make all necessary assurances.
