Background: The attached staff memorandum is in response to a Council petition from November 24, 2008 from Councilmember Easthom that asked how Council might better communicate with downtown businesses.
Fiscal Note: There are no Fiscal implications.
Staff Recommendation(s): To have the Downtown Partnership present a quarterly report to Council.
