1. Authorization for a Civilian Review Board:  need for exception to rules on privacy of personnel records
2. Adjustments to the law to allow or require that the Utilities Commission enact regulations that provide for waiver of metering fees for sources that produce electricity from renewable sources and provide excess energy to a local public utility. 

Statewide Issues

1. A need for a general increase in the homestead exclusion

1. Adjustments to regulations for clearing utility rights of way by herbicides.
