Title of Agenda Item: Public Forum: Preliminary 2009-2010 HOME Program
Background: The attached staff memorandum provides a preliminary 2009-2010 HOME Program plan and a summary of applications received for HOME Program funding.
Fiscal Note: Adoption of a HOME Program plan on April 27, 2009 by the Council and by all of the participating jurisdictions would allocate the 2009-2010 HOME Program funds to eligible activities.
Staff Recommendation: That the Council open the Public Forum and receive public comment on the preliminary plan.
