Subject:	Aydan Court - Application for Zoning Atlas Amendment

Recommendation:	That the Council approve the Resolution to deny the Zoning Atlas Amendment:
	The Board voted unanimously (8-0) to recommend that Council deny the Aydan Court Zoning Atlas Amendment application for the following reason:
	The application does not meet the goals of the Comprehensive Plan because it does not correspond to the “Open Space” designation for this site on the Land Use Plan (as revised January 14, 2008), a component of the Comprehensive Plan.
