Title of Agenda Item: Budget Amendment for EPA Section 319 Grant Bolin Creek Watershed Restoration Project
Background: The attached staff memorandum includes background information on the budget ordinances for the Bolin Creek Watershed Restoration grant project.
Fiscal Note: The total project cost is $632,320. The EPA Section 319 Grant provides $369,792 and the Town’s partners are providing $135,214 in cash and/or in-kind services. The Town’s local share is $127,314. These funds are available in the Town’s Stormwater Utility Fund.
Staff Recommendation(s): That the Council enact the attached budget ordinances [(2009-04-15/O-1) and (2009-04-15/O-2)] to implement the Bolin Creek Watershed Restoration Project.
