Agenda Item: Land Use Management Ordinance Text Amendment - Consistency in Consideration of Gravel as Impervious Surface
Background: The attached staff memorandum includes analysis and information as follow up to comments received at the January 26, 2009 public hearing.
Fiscal Note: We believe that this change in regulations will have little or no fiscal impact.
Staff Recommendation(s): That the Council review the attached cover memorandum from the Town Manager and enact the attached ordinance to amend the Land Use Management Ordinance.
