A RESOLUTION SCHEDULING A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE LAND USE MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE DEMOLITION OF HISTORIC STRUCTURES IN THE TOWN’S HISTORIC DISTRICTS (2009-04-20/R-1)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby schedules a Public Hearing for October 19, 2009 for the purpose of considering an amendment to Chapel Hill’s Land Use Management Ordinance to regulate the demolition of historic structures.
