Subject:          The Land Use Management Ordinance Regarding Provision of Recreation Requirements and Payments in Lieu

Recommendation:    

That the Council enact the proposed Ordinance, attached to the February 17, 2009 staff memorandum,  that incorporates the changes proposed by the Parks and Recreation Commission and the Greenways Commission.
