The purpose of this report is to forward to the Town Council the applications received for service on an advisory board, commission, or other committee. These applicants have been determined to be eligible to serve.
Tonight, the Council may make nominations to fill vacancies on the Board of Adjustment, Community Design Commission, Chapel Hill Downtown Partnership, Chapel Hill Public Arts Commission, Historic District Commission, Justice in Action Committee, Library Board of Trustees, Parks and Recreation Commission, Sustainable Community Visioning Task Force, and Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board. Adoption of the attached resolution would nominate the current applicants.
Appointments to the Community Design Commission, and Chapel Hill Public Arts Commission are scheduled for tonight.
Appointments to the Sustainable Community Visioning Task Force, and Justice in Action Committee are scheduled for May 18, 2009.
Appointments to the Chapel Hill Downtown Partnership, Historic District Commission, Library Board of Trustees, and Parks and Recreation Commission are scheduled for June 8, 2009.
Appointments to the Board of Adjustment and Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board are scheduled for June 22, 2009.
