AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING  PARKING ON THE PRIVATE LOT AT 302 RANSOM STREET, 304 RANSOM STREET, AND 301 MCCAULEY STREET EXCEPT IN THE DESIGNATED DRIVEWAY AND PARKING AREAS  (2009-05-04/O-2)

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF CHAPEL HILL as follows:

Section 1.  Sec. 21-28.3 (c) is hereby revised by adding the following addresses to that Section:

          “302 Ransom Street (PIN 9788247882)

304 Ransom Street (PIN 9788247882)

301 McCauley Street (PIN 9788247882)”

Section 2.  This ordinance shall be effective upon the approval of the Town Manager or his designee of the installed signage at the three addresses listed in Section 1 providing notice of said regulations.
