| Background: The attached staff memorandum includes background information on a proposed modification to the affordable housing component of the Special Use Permit for the East 54 development. | |||

| Fiscal Note: If a payment-in-lieu of providing affordable housing is approved as propsed, the Town could receive between $750,000 to $900,000 that would be directed to the Affordable Housing Fund. | |||
|

|||
| Recommendations: That the Council consider a resolution to endorse a modification to the Special Use Permit for the East 54 development. | |||
