| Background: The attached memorandum provides information regarding the revenue and related expenses for traffic impact studies. We budget revenue and related expenses for traffic studies at $50,000. In the current fiscal year, we have received $404,682 from developers for conducting traffic impact studies. | |||

| Fiscal Note: We have received funds from developers for conducting traffic impact studies and no funds are required from the Town. | |||
|
|
|||
| Recommendations: The Council will consider an ordinance for a budget amendment for FY 2008-2009 that would increase the Engineering Department budget by $314,681 to perform the traffic impact studies. | |||
