| Background: The purpose of this memorandum is to appropriate payments received in lieu of providing affordable housing. | |||

| Fiscal Note: Enactment of the attached ordinance would budget $205,000 of payments recieved in lieu of providing affordable housing. | |||

| Recommendations: That the Council enact the attached ordinance to budget $205,000 of funds received for payments-in-lieu of provding affordable housing in the Affordable Housing Fund. | |||
