| Background:
This item contains proposed changes to the Water Conservation Standards and Regulations that would provide more flexibility for the use of drinking water during periods of water shortages while also maintaining essential water conservation measures. These proposed revisions to the ordinance have been requested by the Orange Water and Sewer Authority. |
