Budget Amendment for FY 2008-09 for Traffic Impact Studies. (O-3) Council Goal 3: Continue Focus on Land Use, Transit and Development |

| Background: The attached memorandum provides information regarding the revenue and related expenses for traffic impact studies. At its May meeting, the Council approved an ordinance for a budget amendment increasing the Engineering budget by $314,681 to perform the traffic impact studies. We need to increase revenue and expenses for two additional developments. | |||

|||
| Fiscal Note: We have received funds from developers for conducting traffic impact studies and no funds are required from the Town. | |||
|
|
|||
| Recommendations: That the Council enact the attached budget amendment for FY 2008-2009 that would increase the Engineering budget by $40,000 to perform the traffic impact studies. | |||
