| Background: The attached staff memorandum includes background information on the library’s multi-year collection development project. It also requests a transfer of $18,000 in non-endowed library gift funds to continue funding the project. | |||
|
|
|||
| Fiscal Note: The $305,000 projectis funded by the Library Foundation ($250,000) and from library gift funds ($55,000). To date, the Town has received $98,000 from the Foundation toward the project. No non-endowed funds have been used to date. | |||
|
|
|||
| Recommendations: The Council will consider an ordinance amending the 2008-2009 library budget. | |||
