Authorization to Grant Sewer Easements to OWASA on Town Property Along Bolin Creek. (R-8) |

| Background:
Adoption of the attached resolution would authorize the Manager to execute easement agreements that would allow Orange Water and Sewer Authority (OWASA) to install and maintain sewer lines for the Bolin Creek Interceptor Sewer project on Town property. The affected Town properties are Umstead Park, which is located along Umstead Drive, and an open space property that lies generally south and west of Umstead Park. |

| Fiscal Note:
Granting the easements should have no fiscal impact to the Town. |

| Recommendations:
That the Council adopt the attached resolution authorizing the Town Manager to execute an agreement with OWASA to grant easements for installation and maintenance of sewer lines on Town-owned properties. |
