| Background: On April 28, 2009, Orange County Clerk to the Board of Commissioners Donna Baker forwarded the Communications and Public Affairs Director a request to fill two seats on the Chatham/Orange Joint Planning Task Force. The composition of the board includes elected officials from Chatham and Orange Counties, the Towns of Pittsboro, Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Hillsborough, and participants from UNC, OWASA and Triangle Transit (see attachment for further details on the task force). | |||
