| Background: The attached staff memorandum includes information on an application from the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Shcools for a Special Use Permit Modification which proposes a 3-story 100,000 square foot elementary school with 84 parking spaces, located on the north side of Caldwell Street Extension west of Church Street. | |||
