| Background: The Town’s Land Use Management Ordinance (LUMO) currently includes a definition for Clinic land use but does not include a Medical Office land use for practices that have a lesser impact than typical clinics. | |||

| Fiscal Note: No fiscal impact identified for considering the text amendment. Any fiscal impact identified as a result of adopting and implementing the new land use would be discussed during the public hearing. | |||

| Recommendations: That the Council direct Town staff to look at this issue and submit a Land Use Management Ordinance Text Amendment for Planning Board and Council consideration. | |||
