Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for Downtown Master Plan. |

| Background: The Town created a master plan for downtown in 2000 and it is referred to as the Downtown Small Area Plan. The Town Council adopted the creation of a new Downtown Master Plan as a guide for investment as one of its goals for 2009. | |||
|
|
|||
| Fiscal Note: The Town budgeted $50,000 in the 2009-2010 to match the Downtown Partnership’s contribution of $20,000 for a total of $70,000 for this goal. | |||
|
|
|||
| Recommendations: That the Council accept this Request for Proposals and instruct the Town Manager to work with the Partnership to issue the RFP and begin the Master Planning Process. | |||
