| Background:
The attached memorandum includes background information on the proposal to provide space on the roof of the Wallace Parking Deck for the construction of a children’s museum and additional space for outdoor museum exhibit space. The most recent draft of the lease, reflecting adjustments made following the October 9 Work Session, is attached. |

| Fiscal Note: If the lease is approved, the Town would be committing to certain on-going maintenance responsibilities for the Parking Deck for the term of the lease. | |||

|||
| Recommendations: That the Council receive public comment on the proposed lease this evening and refer the comments to the Manager and Attorney for a follow-up report on November 9, 2009. If the review this evening and public comment warrant, an additional work session could be scheduled with Kidzu representatives. | |||
