| Background:
The purpose of this memorandum is to request that the Council appropriate funds from the repayment of an acquisition loan made to the Community Home Trust (formerly Orange Community Housing and Land Trust). |

| Fiscal Note: Enactment of the attached budget ordinance would budget $136,000 in the Affordable Housing Fund. | |||

|
|||
| Recommendations: That the Council enact the attached budget ordinance budgeting $136,000 of revenue received to the revolving loan fund activity in the Affordable Housing Fund. | |||
