The attached resolution outlines a process for public review of a draft Inclusionary Zoning ordinance. |

| Fiscal Note:
If enacted, the cost of implementation, administration and enforcement of new regulations would be addressed during the public hearing process. We ask that the Council allocate an amount not to exceed $5,000 to continue to work with Clarion Associates to implement the public review process. |

| Recommendations: That the Council: (1) endorse the proposed schedule for community input on a proposed Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance; (2) allocate an amount not to exceed $5,000 to continue working with Clarion Associates to implement the public review process. | |||
