Approval of All-Way Stop Control at the Intersection of Leclair Street and Emory Drive. (O-6) Council Goal 4: Maintain and Improve Community Facilities and Services. |

| Background: The attached report provides information regarding installation of all-way stop control at the intersection of Leclair Street and Emory Drive. We think that the installation of the requested stop signs could mitigate potential conflicts and confusion for vehicular traffic, and could improve pedestrian safety at and in the vicinity of these intersections. | |||

|||
| Fiscal Note: The estimated cost of the all-way stop control is approximately $900 including materials and staff time. Town staff will install and maintain the stop signs if approved. The cost of the stop signs and related work is charged to the Traffic Engineering Division operating budget. | |||

| Recommendations: That the Council enact the attached ordinance authorizing installation of all-way stop control at the intersection of Leclair Street and Emory Drive. | |||
