| Background: On October 19, 2009, the Council held a Public Hearing to receive comments on the proposed amendments to the Land Use Management Ordinance. The Planning Board Chair presented the view of the two dissenting Board members. There was no other public comment. The Planning Board, Manager, Attorney and Staff recommend approval. | |||
