On December 9, 2009, the Council heard presentations from the applicants seeking appointment to the vacancy on the Town Council. The Council has scheduled this meeting to consider making an appointment to fill that vacancy.
The seven applicants for the vacant seat who made presentations to the Council on December 9 are:
Jason Baker
Donna Bell
Joe Capowski
H. Brock Page
Matt Pohlman
Will Raymond
Aaron Shah
The procedures for appointment to fill a vacancy on the Town Council in Chapter 2, Article II of the Code of Ordinances do not provide any specific method for the Council to follow to vote. Ballots are provided should the Council wish to use them.
