| Background: The Town has received notification from the North Carolina Division of Water Quality of the need to renew its National Pollutant Disharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. Renewal applications must be submitted by February 1, 2010. | |||
|

| Fiscal Note: There are no additional fiscal impacts. | |||
|

|||
| Recommendations: That the Council adopt the attached resolution authorizing the Town Manager to sign the NPDES permit renewal application on behalf of the Town of Chapel Hill. | |||
