Prototype Artwork Designs for the Greenways. |

| Background: In accordance with the signed artist contract and the Percent for Art Program Guidelines, requisite meetings with appropriate Town staff and the public were held between January and July 2009. The artist's ideas and designs derived from those meetings were reviewed and commented on by the Public Art Review Committee and the Public Arts and Greenways Commissions. The presented designs are being recommend by those groups for further refinement, development, and implemention by the artist in accordance with the contract steps. | |||

| Fiscal Note: $50,000 in Percent for Art Project funds have been encumbered for this project in the Parks & Recreation Department budget in accordance with the Percent for Art Ordinance. | |||
