| Background: The Peoples Channel has submitted through Executive Director Chad Johnston its Annual Report to the Town of Chapel Hill for the Fiscal Year 2008-09. The performance agreement between the Town of Chapel Hill and The Peoples Channel requires that The Peoples Channel provide the Town an annual report. We believe that The Peoples Channel Annual Report for FY2008-09 meets the requirements of the performance agreement. | |||
