| Background: Past Town Councils have considered "pay-as-you-throw" (PAYT) as refuse collection alternative on several occasions. On October 28, 2009 the Town Council requested a report that presents background information on PAYT for the benefit of new Council Members and provides information on recent developments in County discussions related to PAYT as a refuse collection option. | |||
