| Background: Enactment of the attached ordinance amendment would align the license fee for restaurants with more than 4 seats and clarify the time period during which licenses for ABC retail and wholesale are valid with State Statutes. | |||

| Fiscal Note: There are no financial impacts associated with the approval of this item. Restaurant license fees are currently being charged in accordance with state statute. | |||

| Recommendations: That the Council enact the attached ordinance amendment that will correct Sec. 10-192, 10-151 and 10-152 of the Town's Privilege License Ordinance. | |||
