SUBJECT:     OWASA Board Recommendation

DATE:            November 21 , 2002

We received five applications to fill one vacancy on the OWASA Board.  Out of those five applications, one removed his name from consideration, two are from applicants who were interviewed previously, and two were new.  After interviewing the new candidates, the committee recommends Michael (Mac) Clarke for appointment.
