SUBJECT:       Proposed Amendment to the Council’s Meeting Calendar

 

DATE:             April 14, 2004

 

 

Because of a scheduling conflict, a Council member will not be able to attend the Council’s June 28^th business meeting, and requests that it be rescheduled to Wednesday, June 30^th.

 

Adoption of the attached resolution would modify the Council’s Meeting Calendar to move the June 28^th business meeting to Wednesday, June 30^th.  This would be the Council’s last meeting prior to the summer break.

 

A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COUNCIL’S 2003-2004 MEETING CALENDAR (2004-04-14/R-6)

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby amends its 2003-2004 meeting calendar to reschedule the June 28^th business meeting to Wednesday, June 30^th.
