BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:

Nominations to Various Advisory Boards and Commissions (R-4). |

Response to a Petition Requesting that the Town Use Town-Owned Property in the Pine Knolls Neighborhood for Recreation Purposes (R-5). |

Proposal to Place a Radio Receiving and Transmitting Antenna on a Town-Owned Light Pole at Scroggs Athletic Field (R-6). |
d. |
Franchise for Madison River Communications, LLC to Provide Voice and Data Telecommunications Services – First Reading (O-1). |
