SUBJECT:        Nomination to an Advisory Board

 

DATE:              June 30, 2004

 

 

Tonight, the Council may make an additional nomination to fill a vacancy on the Technology Committee.  Adoption of the attached resolution would nominate the additional applicant.

 

Appointments to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board, Horace Williams Citizens Committee, Housing and Community Development Advisory Board, Orange Water and Sewer Authority and Technology Committee are scheduled for tonight.

 

A copy of the application is attached.

A RESOLUTION NOMINATING APPLICANTS TO VARIOUS ADVISORY BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS (2004-06-30/R-2)

 

WHEREAS, the applications for service on an advisory board or commission or other committees listed below have been received; and

 

WHEREAS, the applicants have been determined by the Town Clerk to be eligible to serve;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the following names are placed in nomination to serve on an advisory board or commission:

 

 

Horace Williams Citizen’s Committee

 

Rudy Juliano

 

 

 

Technology Committee

 

Aris Buinevicius
