At the Council Planning Session on January 15, 2004, the Council established its goals and priorities for the year. The attached update is provided on these goals and priorities.
We note that the proposed implementation plan is for the calendar year. For example, a target timetable date of “First Quarter, 2004” refers to the period January-March 2004.
2004 COUNCIL GOALS AND IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
This plan proposes a schedule for achieving the Town Council’s goals and priorities discussed at the Council’s January 15, 2004 Planning Session. Items are categorized into: Highest Priority, Second Priority, and Third Priority. We have highlighted the September 7, 2004 update with a border.
