SUMMARY OF PLANNING BOARD ACTION

Subject:                       Chancellor’s View Cluster Subdivision - Application for Preliminary Plat   

Meeting Date:           August 3, 2004

Recommendation:   That the Council approve the Preliminary Plat for the Chancellor’s View Cluster Subdivision with the adoption of Resolution A, as recommended in the Staff Report dated August 3, 2004, subject to the following changes:

                                    Insert the following stipulation:

1.   Zapata Lane Maintenance: That Zapata Lane shall be accepted for maintenance by the North Carolina Department of Transportation prior to issuance of a Zoning Compliance Permit. 

Modify the following stipulation to read as follows:

38. Construction Management Plan: That a Construction Management Plan, indicating how construction vehicle and pedestrian traffic will be managed, shall be approved by the Town Manager prior to the issuance of a Zoning Compliance Permit.
