SUBJECT:       Scheduling a Council Meeting to Evaluate the Town Manager and Town Attorney

 

DATE:             October 11, 2004

 

 

The Council has expressed its desire to conduct a meeting to evaluate the Town Manager and Town Attorney.  After polling the Council to identify a date and time, the consensus of the Council was to schedule this meeting on October 26, 2004, at 5 p.m.

 

Adoption of the attached resolution would amend the Council’s Meeting Calendar to include a meeting on October 26.

 

A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COUNCIL’S CALENDAR OF MEETINGS THROUGH 2005, AS ADOPTED ON SEPTEMBER 7, 2004 (2004-10-11/R-9)

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby amends its Calendar of Meetings, adopted on September 7, 2004, to include a meeting on October 26 2004, at 5 p.m. to evaluate the Town Manager and Town Attorney.
